This phase of InfraTech Enterprise Quick Wins Program is designed to enable your team, InfraTech and potential third-party project teams to conduct in-depth requirements Discovery, and to come to final agreement on the detailed design of a recommended solution, at the end of the Blueprint phase the entire team will have had the opportunity to verify that the needs of all your affected business groups and stakeholders have been addressed.Execution
This phase includes all the work necessary to bring the agreed system design to the stage where it is ready for comprehensive testing. A detailed plan and schedule guides the project team through software installation, tailoring or programming, configuration, Validation testing, sample data loading, preparing scheduled events, training, preliminary Report building and system documentationTesting
Types of testing may differ depending upon which product(s) are being Implemented they could include formal unit testing, user acceptance, tests for Connectivity performance, load, fail-over or backup and recoveryRollout
All the final preparations for moving the solution into production are completed during Rollout. These activities include training, loading production data (dynamic and historic), catalog enablement, system certification, documentation and final report-building.Production Support
The Production Support phase begins the moment your system goes into production. The Production Support phase may include a period of on-site support during the days.Immediately following the “go-live” moment, after which we transition you from Professional Services to InfraTech’s Customer Support department. Documentation of the implementation details is delivered to our Customer Support department to facilitate personalized support services.
